Confreda Farms Fall Festival
Ticket Terms & Conditions and General Release of Liability

By purchasing a ticket, entering Confreda Farms Fall Festival, or participating in festival activities, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

1. All Sales Are Final — No Refunds
All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued for unused tickets, missed visits, scheduling conflicts, illness, dissatisfaction, or a decision not to participate in an attraction, except as required by law. If Confreda Farms cancels an event or closes the festival, any available rescheduling options will be communicated to affected ticket holders, subject to applicable law.

2. Admission and Additional Purchases
Admission includes only the activities and attractions expressly listed as included with your ticket at the time of purchase. Amusement rides, food, beverages, pumpkins, merchandise, and other separately priced activities or products are not included in admission and require an additional purchase. Tickets do not guarantee participation in every activity. Attractions may be subject to operating hours, capacity limits, wait times, and safety restrictions.

3. Weather and Attraction Availability
The festival takes place in an outdoor farm environment. Weather, ground conditions, maintenance, staffing, or other operational circumstances may affect the availability of activities. Confreda Farms may modify, suspend, or close individual attractions or portions of the property for safety or operational reasons. Individual attraction closures do not entitle guests to a refund, except as required by law.

4. Guest Conduct and Supervision
Guests must follow posted rules, staff instructions, and any age, height, weight, health, or other participation requirements. Children must remain under the supervision of a responsible adult. Guests must stay within designated public areas and refrain from unsafe, disruptive, or unlawful behavior. Confreda Farms may refuse admission or remove anyone who violates these requirements, without a refund, to the extent permitted by law.

5. Assumption of Risk
I understand that visiting a working farm and participating in festival activities involves inherent and other risks. These may include uneven or slippery ground, holes, mud, loose surfaces, changing weather, insects, animals, allergens, farm equipment, crowds, contact with other guests, and risks associated with rides or attractions I choose to use. These conditions may result in injury, illness, property damage, or, in serious cases, death.

I voluntarily accept the risks associated with my visit and participation, including risks that may not be readily apparent. I am responsible for deciding whether an activity is appropriate for my abilities and health and for following all applicable safety requirements.

6. General Release of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, I release and discharge Confreda Farms, the legal entity operating Confreda Farms Fall Festival, and their respective property owners, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents from claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising from my attendance or participation, including claims for personal injury, illness, death, or property loss caused by inherent risks or the ordinary negligence of the released parties.

This release does not apply to gross negligence, reckless or intentional misconduct, or any liability that cannot legally be waived. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that applicable law does not permit a guest to waive.

7. Minors
If I am a parent or legal guardian accompanying a minor, I acknowledge the risks described above and am responsible for supervising that minor and determining whether activities are appropriate for them. To the extent permitted by law, I consent to the minor’s participation and agree to these terms on their behalf. Nothing in this provision purports to waive a minor’s rights where such a waiver is prohibited or unenforceable.

8. Personal Belongings and Food Allergies
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Confreda Farms is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items except where liability is imposed by law. Guests with food allergies or dietary restrictions should consult the applicable food vendor before purchasing or consuming food. An allergen-free environment cannot be guaranteed.

9. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.

Acknowledgment
I have read and understand these Ticket Terms & Conditions and General Release of Liability. I understand that all sales are final, that amusement rides, food, beverages, pumpkins, and other separately priced items are not included in admission, and that this agreement includes a release of certain legal claims.
